Palolem Beach

Palolem is a town at the southern end of Goa, India in the Arabian Sea, the beach is a popular destination for tourists. The gently sloping bay is still used by fishermen who go out from here to the sea. In the bay, by the forested island of Iceland lies Canacona, known by the locals as the “Green Iceland”.

A few kilometers to the east lies the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary. The space gained some popularity as a location because of the opening sequence of the film “The Bourne Supremacy.”
